Terms of Service

Last updated: May 29, 2026

These terms cover use of Versentily to upload audio, upload video, create studio projects, generate music videos, publish render pages, and manage analytics.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping login credentials and connected API keys secure. Do not upload or publish content you do not have permission to use.

Subscriptions

Paid plans provide the features shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Usage limits, storage rules, and render availability may change as the service grows, but active users will be given reasonable notice for material plan changes.

User Content

You keep ownership of music, lyrics, artwork, videos, and project data you upload or create. You grant Versentily the limited permission needed to host, process, render, preview, publish, and deliver that content through the app.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Versentily for illegal content, impersonation, malware, spam, harassment, or content that violates another person's rights. We may restrict content or accounts that create legal, security, or platform risk.

Service Availability

Rendering, uploads, third-party APIs, and analytics can depend on external services. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
